Sales personnel are rewarded with an incentive plan that is extremely liberal. You will start at 50% commission split and rapidly earned higher percentages. Once you have earned $30,000, you will earn 70% of any other commissions earned. This commission incentive program is real, factual, with no hidden aspects. Plain and simple.....you work, we pay. We love to pay increasing commissions, even while the companies retained shares decrease in direct proportion to the increases earned by the sales person.

The office is large, airy, and fully equipped. We offer individual desks, too many computers and every imaginable office bell and whistle. A far cry from the days of old!!
